This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between:

Coach/Provider: Rachel Perry Consulting, LLC (“Provider”)

1. Program Description

The Client is enrolling in Your Backup Plan (the “Program”), which provides access to digital training materials, templates, and resources designed to help direct sellers create an additional stream of income.

2. Payment Terms

Option A: Pay in Full

• Client agrees to pay a one-time payment of $547 USD upon enrollment.

• Payment must be made in full prior to receiving access to the Program.

Option B: Payment Plan

• Client agrees to pay 3 monthly installments of $197 USD each.

• The first installment is due upon enrollment; the remaining payments will be automatically charged every 30 days.

• Client is responsible for completing all payments regardless of Program completion or participation.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Program, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials provided are owned by Provider. Client is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. Materials may not be shared, sold, or redistributed.

5. Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to:

• Participate actively in the Program.

• Make timely payments as agreed.

• Respect all intellectual property rights of Provider.

6. Limitation of Liability

Provider makes no guarantees regarding results. Client understands that outcomes depend on individual effort, business circumstances, and other factors beyond Provider’s control.

7. Termination

Provider reserves the right to revoke access if Client fails to comply with this Agreement, including missed payments.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

By enrolling in the Program, Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined above.
